Biographie

“With two decades of combined dedicated education and clinical psychology practice in both public and private sectors in France and Singapore, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and schools. Her extensive background includes serving as an educational psychologist in the French Catholic Private School System, where she engaged in individual and systemic interventions to implement and evaluate programs fostering positive learning environments as well as operating her private practice in Lyon, France. Known for her strong work ethic, self-motivation, intuition, and organizational skills, Alexandra is committed to making a positive impact.

Alexandra graduated with First Class Honours from the Master of Clinical Psychology program at Lyon 2 University, France. Complementing her psychology expertise, she holds a degree in Transactional Analysis. Before transitioning into psychology, Alexandra served as a teacher specializing in special needs education and learning disabilities. Her early experiences in the Educational College fuelled her passion for working with children and understanding their individual needs.

Passionate about helping children and families navigate challenges at home and school, Alexandra focuses on bringing about positive changes at emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal levels. Drawing on her international experiences in France, Sweden, the United States, and Romania, Alexandra embraces a diverse and inclusive approach in her work.

In child and adolescent assessments, she ensures a safe and comfortable environment, employing a secure protocol to make children feel at ease. Alexandra assesses various challenges, including learning difficulties (e.g., Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, and Dyspraxia), ADHD, and emotional and behavioral issues.
