My name is Sandrine Roussel. I am 53 years old, married, and the mother of two grown-up children aged 19 and 22. I live in the outskirts of Paris, in a small village of 400 inhabitants on the edge of a forest — a world away from the vibrant atmosphere of Singapore!

I have worked as a childminder for the past 21 years. Whether in Alsace or in the Paris region, I have always enjoyed taking part in school activities and events. From inter-school sports challenges and games workshops to cooking activities and cultural outings, these experiences have always brought me great satisfaction.

Since 2013, I have also been actively involved in two community associations that organise sports, leisure, and family-oriented activities. In short, I enjoy being involved in community life and bringing people together.

In my free time, I enjoy gardening and reading a good novel. As a family, we also love travelling and have explored many European capitals, which I particularly enjoy photographing.

When my husband was transferred to Singapore, it felt only natural for me to look for an opportunity that would combine my interests and experience. Joining La Petite Ecole seemed like the perfect fit, bringing together everything I value most.
