I am Lavainya Rajah. I am an experienced education and childcare professional with over 10 years of experience supporting and educating children across diverse learning and care environments.

I have worked with children from early childhood to primary school age, with expertise in student engagement, lesson planning, workshop facilitation, safety management and staff mentoring.

Currently a Teaching Assistant at La Petite Ecole, supports young children aged 2 to 4 years and assists with engaging activities, classroom organisation and support for children.

I have also held senior teaching, camp facilitation, centre supervision and administrative roles, managing programmes for up to 210 children and teams of 14 staff.

I hold diplomas in Counselling, Community and Social Services, and Hotel Management and Tourism and am also a licensed MOE registered trainer.
